A: PharmCAS will ONLY send E-mail messages to you in the event of problematic application materials. If you wish to see if your application is complete and whether PharmCAS has forwarded your application to your selected schools, logon to your application and check the STATUS menu option. Make sure your E-mail address is current, and add email@example.com to your list of “Accepted Safe” E-mail senders and/or confirm that it is not a "Blocked Address" or being blocked by a “Junk E-mail” filter.

A: To view the status of your official test scores login to your PharmCAS web application and click on "Official Tests" in the Status section on the right side of the screen. Receipts of your official test scores appear there when they are received by PharmCAS, even before you complete and e-submit your application to PharmCAS.
Note: PharmCAS does not accept any paper PCAT scores.
A: You can determine if your GPA's have been calculated by following these two steps:
To determine what classes are included in the PharmCAS GPAs, go to the “Coursework” section in your web application. You will be able to determine if PharmCAS made any corrections to your course history based on your transcripts. Your PharmCAS GPAs will be available 4 weeks from the date that you e-submitted your application, your transcripts are received and your PharmCAS application fee has been received.
A: To view the status of your application to the designated pharmacy schools,
You can view your designated pharmacy school(s) status only after you e-submitted your application to PharmCAS. After you submit, this feature will show you the date when each of your designations has been processed and mailed to the respective pharmacy school.
A: Based on school policies and procedures, it may take several weeks for a pharmacy school to contact you about your application. You are encouraged to visit the pharmacy school web sites to determine when you can expect to receive a response from the admissions office. In the meantime, be sure to send supplemental applications, letters of recommendation, and other materials directly to the school as required.
Applications are electronically mailed by PharmCAS to the schools twice each week. The mailed date is available by logging into your PharmCAS application and clicking on Pharmacy Designations in the Status box.
