Check your application status online! To view the real-time progress of your file, login to your PharmCAS application and select the STATUS menu option.

4 Helpful Hints:

  1. TRANSCRIPTS

PharmCAS requires official transcripts from every regionally accredited college attended, even if the courses from one school appear as transfer credit on another school’s transcript. Until we receive all of your official transcripts, we will not be able to process your application or mail it to your designated pharmacy schools.

  2. REFERENCE STATUS: IN-PROGRESS

This means the reference has not completed the reference yet. Please contact your reference and ask them to click the Submit button at the end when they have completed the online reference.

  3. E-SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

You do not need to wait for your transcripts or letters of reference to be received at PharmCAS to e-submit your application. You should e-submit your application as soon as it is ready to help decrease the processing time.

  4. ADDING PHARMACY SCHOOL DESIGNATIONS

After applying to one pharmacy school, you can add additional schools at anytime as long as the school’s deadline has not passed. You will be prompted to pay only the $55 fee for each additional school, regardless of when you designate them in your application. You will only be charged $150 for your first school designation.

Please do not call or email PharmCAS until you have read the instructions, checked your status on-line, reviewed your email account for any PharmCAS messages, and read the Instructions & FAQ sectionNote: PharmCAS processing may take up to four weeks after your application, transcripts, and fee(s) are received.

If you still have questions, contact PharmCAS staff. Provide your PharmCAS ID Number and name in all communication. Allow up to 3 business days for PharmCAS to respond to your inquiry. PharmCAS will only discuss an application with the applicant and the applicant’s designated pharmacy schools. Staff will not discuss an application with a parent, spouse, relative, friend, or employer.
